Today’s prompt is to write a poem which features no punctuation other than line breaks.
You might like to consider:
- How can you use line breaks in lieu of all other punctuation?
- Can you help to punctuate your poem by how it is formatted on the page?
- What part does punctuation usually play in your poetry – what happens if you just remove it unthinkingly?
- Is there a clever way to replace punctuation – e.g. could we write it in as we might in an old fashioned telegram?
- Can you use the lack of punctuation to make your poem special?
- Should you draw attention to the lack of punctuation or attempt to hide it?

Good luck! By my reckoning, these comments were all written in the air or on your stop off in Singapore. Very dedicated… x (p.s. we still didn’t arrange our meeting! Let me know a couple of times that might work.) x
