Lyra’s Easter Poem

The Easter bunny’s big and grey,
Easter is a special day,
Because you get to hunt and play,
Is why it is a special day.

The bunny hides the eggs away,
And then we come out to play,
We look for eggs and other sweets,
They are very yummy treats.

We love Easter do you too?
Is it a special day for you?

    Hi Lara! This is a fabulous poem. I’m so impressed that it rhymes. I can’t do that no matter how hard I try!
    As for Easter, I love the flowers and hopefully the sunshine. Of course I love chocolate but I mustn’t eat too much!
