Story Time

Pleasure in a story told
As words and pictures soon unfold
To take us to another land
We go together, hand in hand.
I read to you,
You read to me,
We read, all four, a family,
And then together we explore,
Far off places as a four.
We fend off dragons,
Sail the seas,
We climb up mountains,
Swing from trees.
We go to shops,
And banquets too,
We take jobs
In the local zoo.
There’s nowhere
That we cannot go,
When tales are told
And stories flow,
And so together,
We will read
For stories,
We’ve not end of greed!
