The Agony of Choice

Each night
You choose a story
To hear just before you sleep;
It’s an agonising choice for you
As this tale is one you’ll keep
In your sweet head,
The whole night through,
Dispersed within your dreams
If you choose wrong,
The whole night long
Your head will fill with screams.
But choose just right,
And through the night
You’ll relive fun not fear.
No wonder that
You can’t decide
Which one you want to hear.
