Walls of Stone

He built walls around him,
Firm and tall.
He let nobody in those walls at all.
He hid behind
Those walls of stone,
He hid there by himself,
Alone.
The walls were tall,
And firm,
And wide,
No way to see in from outside.
But no way out
When trapped by inside.
He knew this well,
Because he’d tried.
