A Recipe for Happy Children

Take one puppy,
He must be small
He mustn’t nip
Or bite at all.
Take him home,
And when you’re there,
Let the children
Take good care
Of their new friend,
Who’s slightly sad,
But kisses and cuddles,
Make him feel less bad.
Set some rules,
Just one or two,
So the kids
Know what to do.
Then sit right back
With your feet up,
And watch the kids
Enjoy their pup.
