As the sun departs once more.
The day is ending.
Today’s poetry prompt was to write a Haiku based on what you can see from your window.
thank you x
Fantastic! I’m trying to think of one before this day is over.
Yes I guess haiku from your window when it’s pitch dark outside is likely to be less easy to write..
There was a lovely view when I first thought about it and I ran it ran and round in my head and didn’t come up with anything. Maybe the next prompt will spark something out of the thick morass I call a brain.
ha ha! I know exactly how you feel! It’s one reason I wanted to start writing prompts so that I could help to stir thoughts in my own brain…
You’ve doubled your “work” load! Two posts a day. How do you do it?
It’s keeping up with the comments that I’m more worried about!!
Amen to that. I treasure every one which is why I want to reply and read everyone’s poems. If only there were 25 hours in a day 😉
simple and beautiful
Light passes away
And the day draws to a close
While continuing on 😀

I am always amazed how much can be said in so few words when you really focus.
